Curator’s Note

Three panels in reverse-glass painting technique present the Apple logo as it appeared in 1977 (Rob Janoff's rainbow bitten apple), 1998 (monochrome Garamond-paired version, introduced under Jobs's return), and 2023 (current aluminum gradient form). The format — three panels of equal dimension in a shared gilt frame — reproduces the proportions of a Flemish triptych altarpiece. The center panel, 1998, is slightly larger.
