Curator’s Note

Exterior view of the museum building at Kurfürstenstraße 78, Berlin-Tiergarten. The structure was completed in 1962 by architect Hans-Georg Pfeiffenbach as a postal administration annex. It was acquired by the AKU in 1987 and converted for museum use with a budget of DM 4.2 million.
